Ofir holds a B.Arch and an M.Sc. in Architecture from the Faculty of Architecture and Town Planning at the Technion. With nearly a decade of experience as an architect, Ofir transitioned to the role of Data Product Manager at Lennar, where he applies his expertise in data science and computational design. His M.Sc. research focused on improving urban livability by creating a computational framework that delineates homogenous urban regions. By analyzing pedestrian access to key services in Tel Aviv-Yafo, his work demonstrates how data-driven, unbiased spatial units can support urban planning and policy decisions, offering a replicable model for enhancing livability metrics in cities worldwide.
