M.Sc Candidate
Kushagra Gautam is an MSc candidate at the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. With a background in architecture and computational design, his work lies at the intersection of sustainable materials research, digital fabrication, and machine learning. His current research focuses on the deformation behaviour of recycled wood during additive manufacturing processes. By leveraging digital image correlation and advanced machine learning models, he investigates the mechanical performance of wood-based composites to optimize their use in architectural applications. Kushagra brings hands-on experience in parametric design, environmental simulations, and materials research from his architectural practice in India and interdisciplinary collaborations in Israel.
