Erez Ezra

M.Sc

Erez Ezra is an architect with a keen interest in disruptive technology and robotics. He completed his RIBA Part 1 and 2 degrees in architecture at The Architectural Association (AA) in London, UK, in 2016.

In August 2018, Erez joined Shany’s Disruptive Design Research Laboratory as a studio unit master and lecturer. His thesis focused on exploring material as technology, specifically examining End-of-Arm Tooling (EOAT) for responsive ink deposition. Erez’s work has been published and exhibited at various prestigious events, including the Conference of the Association for Computer-Aided Architectural Design Research in Asia (CAADRIA 2021), Jerusalem Digital Art Festival (2021), Migdal David & Hansen House, and Jacobs Graduate Research Day at Technion in January 2022.

In 2021, Erez won 3rd place in the Research Debuts competition at the Faculty of Architecture and Town Planning, Technion, Israel.

Today Erez runs an independent office, working on a diverse range of projects across different scales both in Israel and internationally.
